How review works - BRAT

Every MCR ticket is read automatically the moment it lands. The reviewer - we call it BRAT - checks whether your request has enough for a creative to start, and returns one of three outcomes:

OutcomeWhat it means for you
SufficientYour ticket moves straight into the work queue. This is the goal. (Sufficient is the status BRAT sets on Monday.)
⚠️ Needs AttentionSomething’s missing or doesn’t add up. The ticket stays on the board; you’ll be asked to fix one thing.
RejectedNot enough to work with. The ticket moves off the main board; resubmit with specifics.
  • BRAT re-checks the board once a day (early morning at 9am).
  • After two unsuccessful passes it locks the ticket and stops re-checking it.
  • A locked ticket needs a human to either fix + reevaluate, or override - see Project Manager status overrides.

The fastest path to ✅ is a complete brief on submission - see Submit an MCR ticket (DoR).
